20 december : RESURRECTION (the Aerovons)
Incredible story of the Beatles twin band. Lost album recorded in 1969 and out as a news nearly 50 years later! Vous ne connaissez pas les Aerovons? Comment est-ce possible? Ils ont le look des Beatles, le son des Beatles, les studios d'Abbey Road des Beatles... mais pas leur succès. Tom Hartman a tout juste 14 ans quand il fonde le groupe en 1966. Trois ans plus tard, ils enregistrent dans les prestigieux studios encore tout auréolés de la venue d'un autre quatuor. L'album est mixé, prêt à sortir... Quand le groupe se sépare. Emi refuse de sortir un album dont la promotion ne pourra être assurée. En plus le groupe de St Louis n'est composé que de 3 musiciens. Les chansons resteront dans les tiroirs pendant 44 ans quand EMi sort l'album en 2003, puis une sélection d'autres titres en 2021 et finalement un EP en 2024.
